Susan Carney Lynch, JD, Dr.P.H
Professional Lecturer in Law
Susan C. Lynch, JD, Dr.P.H., is Senior Counsel for Elder Justice at the United States Department of Justice where she leads national investigations and civilly prosecutes long-term care facilities that fail to adequately care for their residents. Dr. Lynch is a Department of Justice Civil Division subject matter expert on skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies, and was responsible for bringing one of the Department's first failure of care cases against a national skilled nursing home chain. Dr. Lynch is the Department's National Leader of DOJ's 10 Elder Justice Task Forces.

Earl Pinto, J.D., M.P.A.
Professor
Earl Pinto was the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement at the General Services Administration. Previously, Mr. Pinto worked for the Program Support Center (PSC), a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Mr. Pinto received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Cornell University, a Master’s of Public Administration with an emphasis in health care administration from the University of Southern California, and a law degree from the College of William & Mary Law School.

Rick Berzon, P.A., Dr.P.H.
Professional Lecturer
Dr. Rick Berzon is a public health practitioner, social scientist, policy analyst, clinician, researcher and consultant with extensive experience in managing people and projects, as well as in developing, identifying, measuring and evaluating health outcomes, specifically patient-reported outcomes and performance indicators. He has expertise across numerous therapeutic areas, particularly HIV/AIDS, and including infectious diseases, oncology and the central nervous system. Rick has been a Professorial Lecturer in the Department of Global Health within the Milken Institute School of Public Health for over 10 years.
