Your University Email

All students are required to use their George Washington University email accounts. Do not wait to activate your GW email — all communication and updates from the university will be sent to this address, including your financial aid notifications. 

Check your GW email daily for messages about registration, news, events and updates or announcements from faculty.

Monitor your personal email for an email from the university and follow the steps provided in the email to set up your account and email address. This will allow you to register for your first classes. Upon completing this step, please email your Enrollment Specialist and/or Student Success Advisor using your new GW email.
